主要職責

• 協助設計未來商業模式與系統彈性,預留擴展空間


• 跨部門協作,整合業務、技術與營運需求,提高投資業務產能及客戶服務質量與開發潛能


• 建立需求收集機制,統整同仁建議,提出可行方案並執行

必要條件


• 具備AI或數位轉型相關經驗


• 熟悉AI工具與技術應用,如自然語言處理、自動化流程、資料辨識等


• 具備專案管理能力與營運改善經驗


• 能跨部門協調與推動


• 理解金融業運作與金控規範

其他條件


• 曾參與大型數位轉型或AI導入專案


• 具備知識庫建構與AI決策支援系統開發經驗


• 具金融業實務經驗
