Job Description

  • 參與 企業級 AI Agent 系統的核心設計與開發。
  • 主導通用型 Agent 平台開發,實現多任務協作與多 Agent 協同運作,提升大型模型在複雜商業場景中的穩定性與易用性。
  • 應用 LLM、RAG,建立 Agent 行為的評估機制與自動化測試工具,持續優化任務完成率、回覆品質與系統可靠度。
  • 推動 LLM 在不同垂直應用場景落地,包括智慧搜尋、流程自動化、交易分析與資料工程,將生成式 AI 真正融入企業核心業務。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備 5 年以上軟體開發(包含 3年 AI 系統)經驗,熟悉 Python 與 SQL。
  • 有設計與維護 RESTful API 的實務經驗。
  • 對 LLM、Prompt Engineering 有興趣或基礎經驗。
  • 熟悉 CI/CD、自動化部署、GCP 或 Docker/Kubernetes 佳。
