此角色結合研究思維與工程實作,適合能以嚴謹方法推進 AI 技術研究、並將成果實際落地至產品或應用場景的人才。

【您將會執行這些工作】

.探索新穎模型架構與訓練策略,進行性能比較與實驗驗證。

.撰寫技術報告、提出改進建議,並與跨部門團隊合作推動模型應用落地。

.建立並維護 AI 模型訓練與測試的資料管線(data pipeline),確保資料品質與完整性。

.進行資料整理、清理與增強,支援模型訓練與分析。

.設計與實作深度學習模型,涵蓋動作生成、臉部表情建模等領域。

【希望您具備這些經驗與能力】

.精通 Python,具備良好的程式設計與實驗實作能力。

.了解機器學習模型的訓練流程、效能評估與模型優化方法。

.具備資料處理與轉換能力,能處理影像、音訊或多模態資料。

.熟悉資料庫或大數據系統(PostgreSQL、MongoDB、BigQuery 等)。

.具備良好的問題分析能力、研究精神與團隊合作態度。

【您會這些就更好了】

.電腦視覺或多模態 AI 領域研究經驗(姿態估計、臉部重建、動作生成、diffusion models 等)。

.具備虛擬人、Avatar、數位分身或相關應用專案經驗。

.熟悉 Unity 或 Unreal Engine,能將 AI 模型整合至即時互動場景。

.有 MLOps、資料管線自動化或模型部署經驗。
