【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Trading Product Strategy Development:
    Responsible for market positioning, competitive analysis, and regional demand insights for trading product lines. Propose differentiated and actionable product strategies to support brand promotion and business growth.
  2. Product Design & Risk Control Collaboration:
    Design product rules based on user behavior and trading characteristics, and collaborate with the risk control team to maintain a balance between competitiveness and risk management.
  3. Cross-functional Execution:
    Develop product roadmaps, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive product delivery and launches to ensure smooth implementation.
  4. Data-driven Product Iteration:
    Diagnose issues through data analysis, propose optimization plans, and drive continuous product iteration to enhance performance.
  5. Product Knowledge & Internal Enablement:
    Establish unified product standards, user manuals, and communication guidelines to support brand and marketing efforts, while incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.

【Requirements】

  1. 3+ years of experience in
    financial trading, derivatives, CFD, crypto, forex, brokerage, risk control, or trading operations
    .
  2. Proven ability to
    independently manage the full product design process
    (from requirement gathering to rule design and final launch).
  3. Strong ability to
    articulate product logic clearly
    and align effectively with both engineering and business teams to ensure execution.
  4. Excellent
    cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
    skills.

【Nice to Have】

  1. English proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
  2. Familiarity with the
    cryptocurrency market
    is a strong plus.
