Financial Controller (m/f/d)
to join our finance team.

The principal objective of the Financial Controller shall be responsible for financial and accounting administration, audit, taxation and forecasting and few other ad hoc projects.

What you'll do:

  • Lead accounting administration and commercial controlling for the entities.
  • Active management of operating expenses.
  • Financial consolidation, planning, & forecasting for the responsible entities.
  • Statutory compliance activities in Taiwan

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance management operations
  • Experience with a multi-national company is preferable
  • SAP user experience is a plus
  • Analytical:
    Possesses a data driven and quantitative mindset. Demonstrated ability to focus on key issues, research, gather and integrate information from a variety of sources and consider/recommend reasonable alternatives.
  • Detail Oriented:
    Attention to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy, and ability to recall specific facts quality and efficiently.
  • Intercultural and Interprofessional:
    Ability to mediate between teams of different cultural (e.g. Taiwan and subsidiaries) and professional (e.g. IT and finance) backgrounds.
  • Proactive:
    Identifies and solves problems independently.
