Group/Division
KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Collaborate with business leaders and HQ functions in Taiwan and US to budget and plan for Finance, HR, GWS, IT & Sales spending in Taiwan.
• Manage the T&E function including policy communication & training, expense review, reporting, analysis and issues resolution for Taiwan entity.
• Responsible for payroll related transactions including tax related matters.
• Support the Pension related Accounting matters and the funds' bank accounts management for Taiwan employee base.
• Participate in audits and special projects.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good execution, coordination skills and project management capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related fields.
• 10+ experience in Finance experience including minimum 5 years of manager role.
• Experience for forecasting, planning and analysis min. 5 years experience and support the T&E operations is plus
