Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Finance & Capital Partner (Fundraising + Investor Narrative Architect) located in Taipei. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing investor relations, creating compelling investor narratives, and fostering strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include business planning, consulting on financial strategies, and aligning capital initiatives with business goals.

We're looking for a sharp, capital-markets-savvy financial strategist who can help bridge the gap

between brand storytelling and investor expectations — someone who speaks both Excel and

Emotion, both Valuation and Vision.

Our Mission

NUDE is a women's lifestyle and lingerie brand entering a key Bridge-to-Seed fundraising stage.

We're seeking a partner who can translate complex financials into investor logic, shape valuation

narratives, and co-design capital structures that reflect both potential and protection.

You will:

• Structure valuation & capital roadmap: pre/post-money calculations, convertible

models, IRR/ROI logic, equity dilution planning.

• Craft tailored investor narratives: help position our returns, milestones, and growth story

in language investors understand.

• Advise on pitch materials: translate forecasts and brand strategy into financial slides with

clarity and confidence.

• Help pre-build investor-facing finance systems: collaborate with our legal and

accounting team on readiness.

• Optionally attend investor meetings and support in key conversations as a strategic voice.

You are:

• Experienced in early-stage fundraising (especially in consumer or brand-centric

companies).

• Fluent in both financial logic and investor psychology — you know that "what it feels like"

matters as much as what it calculates to.

• Comfortable collaborating with founders, FAs, lawyers and creatives alike.

• Believer in smart capital, patient growth, and mission-aligned returns.

Engagement:

• Flexible hours, hybrid or remote-friendly.

• Equity-based collaboration (with milestone-based rewards or board visibility depending

on fit).

• Potential for core CFO role if mutual fit develops.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
• Skills in Consulting and Account Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of successful fundraising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fashion or lingerie industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

「算」的人,更需要一位能 轉譯財務語言為投資人決策語言 的夥伴。

你會做什麼:

1. 協助設計估值與資本結構(包含 Pre-money / Post-money 的推演、轉股機制、投資人誘

因)。

2. 與創辦人&FA 討論投資人語境的對應敘事(例如:如何說明回本模型、IRR/倍數、股本稀釋路

徑等)。

3. 參與 Pitch Deck 的審閱與優化(幫忙「換算」財務資料成投資人會看的語言)。

4. 協助導入未來投資人財報制度的基本框架(可與合作會計師協作)。

5. 若有意願,亦可出席部分 investor meeting 作為戰略輔助角色。

我們希望你具備:

• 有處理早期私募案經驗(懂轉換公司債、回本設計等皆佳)。

• 對品牌與消費品有基本理解,能與行銷、敘事團隊對話。

• 理解投資人期待、進場節奏與投資性格,能協助分眾說話。

• 可以與 FA / 法務配合,思考資本策略背後的法律語境。

合作方式:

• 初期以兼職或顧問形式參與,每週會議/審閱進度。

• 股份合作或成果導向分潤皆可談。

• 視貢獻與節奏,也可能成為正式 CFO/核心合夥人。
