About Our Program 

BAP is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to experience life at Binance and understand our blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will be opportunities for networking and development, expanding your professional network and building transferable skills.

Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates can apply.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to plan campaign schedules, manage execution, and prepare marketing content and materials.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with influencers to promote Web3 earn products.
  • Develop campaigns to drive new user acquisition and increase TVL.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required for coordinating with overseas partners.
  • Self-learning ability and independence are key qualities we are looking for.
  • You must be able to handle fast-paced environments and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in business development or marketing is an advantage.
  • Creative thinking and unique ideas are highly valued.
  • Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and our ecosystem are desirable.
