We're seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee transfer agency functions and coordinate service delivery to investors and clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Timely and accurate handling of TA tasks by outsourcing service providers
• Collaboration and support in delivering high-quality services to clients
• Effective communication with investors and clients
• AML monitoring and reporting tasks
• Maintenance of internal control standards and audit compliance
• Taking on additional projects and tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in transfer agency, fund services, or related work in the SITE industry
• PREFERRED: knowledge of Offshore Fund, Master Agent, and TDCC platform operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• SITE license
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with Excel and Word
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
