Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Architect to spearhead the development and delivery of cutting-edge audio solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in software engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality audio software architectures that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leverage expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices to drive technical decision-making and ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical roadmaps, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of audio software products.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of experience in audio software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality audio software products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing global teams, preferably with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong background in audio software development, particularly in Windows environments, including APO (Audio Processing Objects) and related technologies.
