Job Overview

This role is designed to support the execution of division processing in a manner that is efficient and compliant. The position entails collaborating with stakeholders to implement routine tasks and additional objectives assigned by management.

The key responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, coordinating product redressing processes, monitoring importation processing, and liaising with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with regulations and demands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly inventory alignment with distributors and conduct bi-annual stock-taking exercises.
  • Coordinate product redressing processes with external and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor importation processing with service providers for goods receipt.
  • Liaise with operations teams to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and backorder management.
  • Prepare monthly replenishment/purchase orders for TPM and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with distributors and internal departments regarding pricing matters, tenders, and special sales conditions.
  • Collaborate with distributors to monitor daily goods delivery and handle urgent orders from hospitals, low-value orders, product returns, and exchanges.
  • Perform month-end closing, prepare ad-hoc requests, and respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • Liaise with functional teams to manage divisional applications of expenses, documentation, purchases, and administrative affairs.
  • The expense scope includes market price differences, logistics transportation, customs declaration, tax fees, storage, supplier product truck arrangements, redressing, official letters to hospitals, and penalty fees.
  • The general administration (G&A) management encompasses copying fees, stationery fees, car rental fees, general purchasing, and maintaining office environments, including office equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Data collection and report generation from SAP systems on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • At least three years of experience in operations.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detailed-oriented problem-solving skills.
