Our Team is looking for a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our ranks. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing internal content that fosters transparency, alignment, and engagement among employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies that meet the needs of various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee recognition initiatives.

In addition to your communication skills, you will need to have a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles and practices. You will be expected to plan and implement CSR initiatives that align with our company's global sustainability framework and local community needs.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute community engagement activities, volunteering programs, and sustainability projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English literature, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in internal communications and/or CSR.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent command of the English language - both spoken and written. Strong creative, proactive, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage internal content including newsletters, intranet updates, employee campaigns, leadership messages, and event communications.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and engagement among employees.
  • Coordinate internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Plan and implement CSR initiatives in line with our company's global sustainability framework and local community needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute community engagement activities, volunteering programs, and sustainability projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English literature, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications and/or CSR, preferably in a multinational or technology-related organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English - both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Pack.
