Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and services to our clients in the field of TEM instruments. This role involves installing, training, maintaining, repairing, and complying with service standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch services including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services for TEM instruments.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Promote high-value service-related procedures and documents.
  • Support Service Sales Representatives on service orders.

Requirements

  • An Electronics Systems background or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Hands-on technical expertise for installing, solving, repairing, and calibrating complex tools is required.
  • Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • A proven ability to solve complex systems and subsystems down to component level is preferred.
  • Experience in fixing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to read and interpret schematics is necessary.
