Marketing Strategist Role

This position is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive results.

The successful Marketing Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, identify market opportunities, and develop effective campaigns to reach target audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify market opportunities.
  • Design and deliver integrated campaigns (digital, content, events) to generate leads, support pipeline growth, and increase client engagement.
  • Elevate brand visibility through PR, success stories, webinars, and content aligned with local trends.
  • Partner with business leaders and service owners to promote new offerings, certifications, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing messages.
  • Support development of co-marketing plans with strategic partners and key accounts.
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI using marketing analytics tools; regularly report results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in professional services, sustainability, consulting, certification, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and revenue generation.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and experience using CRM and automation tools.
  • Ability to produce or manage high-quality marketing content tailored to different client segments and service domains.
  • Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
