Job Description

The role of a Client Services Analyst involves providing exceptional support to clients by effectively managing inquiries from initial query acknowledgment through to resolution. This encompasses methodology, market definition, data investigation, and validation.

Timely and professional project completion and report delivery are also essential responsibilities of this position. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with special projects as assigned, which may involve collaborating with various departments, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing presentations, and ensuring that project milestones are met within specified timelines.

Furthermore, this role requires training IQVIA databases and platforms as needed. As a project leader between the client and IQVIA, the ideal candidate will translate client needs into action plans with the internal service team, determining responsibilities and timeframes while negotiating resources with internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or pharmacy preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is beneficial.
  • Experience with Think-Cell is a plus.
  • Strong statistical orientation and analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, quantitative research, and reporting and visualization.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English to manage daily communications and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
