Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate product features and attributes using predefined scripts.

  5. Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  6. Ensure operational compliance with quality standards and regulatory codes.

  9. Organize work schedules according to changing priorities.
  10. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as needed.
  11. Develop technical skills through assessments and development planning.

  2. Navigates customer challenges and frustrated or unhappy customers.
  3. Uses clear verbal communication to express ideas and request actions.

  6. Leverages digital communications to create positive moments for customers.
  7. Navigates face-to-face interactions with customers.
  8. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and oversees activities to meet business objectives.
  9. Develops, monitors, interprets, and understands policies and procedures.
  10. Employs customer-oriented behaviors to connect with customers.
  11. Recognizes sales opportunities during service interactions.
  12. Troubleshoots technical issues systematically.
  13. Optimizes production plant, equipment, and materials utilization.
  14. Builds customer loyalty by leaving a positive impression.
  15. Achieves full compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  16. Reviews and creates relevant reports.
