As a key figure in our quality team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in the quality of our systems and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a professional role, with a strong background in quality assurance and control systems. Familiarity with tools such as DFMEA, SPC, and CLCA is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing action plans to resolve customer experience issues, reducing dispatch rates, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support the CLCA process and drive quality improvements through robust design, supplier quality management, and enhanced diagnostic capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential, as you will be required to present clear and concise information to internal and external stakeholders.
