Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the deployment of test infrastructure and oversee the development of test strategies for new product introduction (NPI) programs. As the Manufacturing Test Development Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing test development schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure timely delivery of products to partner factories.

The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting manufacturing test solutions, creating test strategies, and communicating project requirements and schedules. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive communication with stakeholders via reviews and dashboards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in manufacturing or test development.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute board and system level test development activities across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage capacity, budget, schedule, and risks for manufacturing test development projects.
  • Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development, and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing.
