Accounting Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting specialist to join our team.

This role will involve preparing accurate vouchers of accounting entries and booking them into the system. The successful candidate will also perform various kinds of account reconciliations, communicate with operation departments to investigate outstanding items, and settle them in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare accurate vouchers of accounting entries and book them into the system.
  • Communicate with operation departments to investigate outstanding items and resolve them.
  • Generate and complete head office quarter and term end closing reports with accuracy.
  • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
