Process Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing process support and troubleshooting at client sites, driving business success through developing and improving processes run on our tool sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive new product penetration and installation, and subsequent process development.
  • Define project scope and resource planning with the business unit, and escalate to management for resource gaps.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience through team, process, and support tool development.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Master's degree or above in an engineering discipline.
  • 0-3 years of technical experience and deep business perspective, preferably in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
  • Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations.
  • Strong industry experience managing teams that support complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics.
  • Clear and concise English verbal and written communications.
