Master Trainer

Job Description

• Presents technical training sessions in-house on semiconductor equipment, focusing on specialized and customized courses.
• Manages classroom/lab activities to ensure the fulfillment of course objectives and presents safety information per procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains product technical knowledge sufficient to prepare and present defined product courses.
• Completes certification on multiple platforms and process modules, including safety modules; actively certifies others and establishes new certification requirements.
• Provides technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to assist with system repairs, ensures system functionality supports course objectives, and installs safety retrofits on training systems.

Requirements

• Technical degree or bachelor's in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting schematics.
• Ability to safely follow, validate, and redline operation and maintenance procedures.
