Display Process Engineer

Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving process improvements in display technology. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, experience in photolithography and etching methods, and a fundamental understanding of OLED materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and yield of display manufacturing processes.

• Experiment Design and Execution: Plan and conduct experiments to investigate new technologies and process improvements.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation on experimental findings and results.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that process improvements are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Photolithography Experience: Demonstrated expertise in photolithography processes, including exposure and development techniques.

• Etching Techniques: Practical experience with dry and wet etching methods used in semiconductor or display fabrication.

• OLED Materials Knowledge: Foundational understanding of OLED materials, structures, and fabrication processes.

• Materials Analysis Tools: Familiarity with characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, and EDS.
