We are looking for a skilled Senior Site Manager who can contribute to our business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Electrical Power Engineering and a bachelor's degree or above. A customer-focused attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct site surveys and determine the required steps to execute site works activities.
  • You will participate in the collection and estimation of labor hours and other sitework related items for the site.
  • You will review and analyze site works progress reports and recommend measures to resolve current and potential issues.
  • You will issue all sitework documentation required for use in the award and execution of the subcontract(s).
  • You will assist in coordinating activities between external resources and customers.
  • You will ensure projects follow good methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.
  • You will communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • A bachelor's degree or above in an engineering field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Electrical Power Engineering in industry.
  • Customer focused attitude.
  • Able to communicate effectively and able to work in a team environment.
  • Frequent Domestic travel.
  • Good skill in English.
