
Technical Product Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our product portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products or computer-based systems, including product definition, planning, production, release, modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as expertise in project management from initiation through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing diverse engineering teams, building strong relationships with vendors and technical partners, and driving business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Core Team Representative: Representing platform engineering in the Core Team, collaborating with value chain stakeholders including Program Manager, Product Management, Product Operation, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain.
- Manage Development Efforts: Overseeing and coordinating development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.
- Schedule, Budget, and Quality: Leading and driving Engineering development to meet program schedule and quality goals within budget targets.
- Portfolio Mindset: Driving solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.
- Business Acumen: Applying strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet customer needs.
- 12-15 years of related experience in a professional role.
- Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability.
- Solid understanding of business environment and competition.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations.
- Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
