Training Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Training Program Manager to lead our in-house product training programs.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in clinical lab settings, clinical training, or field sales/support in medical devices.
  • They should possess strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • The role requires expertise in developing training materials, course content, and methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our training programs, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs.
  • Develop training materials, course content, and methodologies.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience or Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
