Technical Sales Representative

About the RoleThis position serves as a liaison between internal resources, vendor resources, and customers. You will provide exceptional service, anticipating customer requirements and communicating efforts effectively.
- Enter sales orders into our system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of routine and smaller customer orders.
- Resolve discrepancies with customers prior to order entry, demonstrating a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
- Meet customer service agreements established in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A 4-year degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in semiconductor companies or electronics distributors.
- The ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
- A solid understanding of product cycles and manufacturing procedures.
- Solid knowledge of products and technology development in the electronic components industry.
