Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing support to clients throughout the assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with assessment preparation and delivery
- Establish long-term relationships with customers to address queries and resolve problems pre- and post-assessment
- Manage customer complaints, continually improve customer satisfaction to maintain retention
- Coordinate between assessors and clients to ensure smooth assessment delivery
- Monitor assessors' logistics costs
- Identify and manage client overdue and risk of attrition
- Sign supplementary agreements with clients for changes and identify opportunities
- Maintain client data accuracy in SAP/PG and manage documents
- Collaborate with customer service administrators to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in certification industry
- Strong team player with good planning and coordination skills
- Basic report compilation and computer operation ability
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- General English level
- Organized, flexible, multi-tasked, and highly efficient
- Proactive, passionate, and committed to work
- Professional and ethical
- Customer-focused with internal and external credibility
