Your key responsibilities include:
- Consultative BD: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and prospects
- Client Management: Strong partnership to understand and fulfill their talent needs
- Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize sourcing strategies to attract and assess candidates
- Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape
- Team Leadership: Build, lead and develop a team of Consultants, providing guidance and support
- Performance Management: Meet team targets and improve overall team performance
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all practices comply with relevant regulations and standards
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in recruitment, with substantial experience in a leadership role
- Goal-oriented and success-driven
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Business Acumen: Good understanding of business operations and financial targets
- Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, fostering a spirit of collaboration
- Strong communication skills: Enabling effective communication with clients and candidates
