Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Leverage sales tools to effectively will manage inbound leads by emails, telephone, and social selling techniques to generate new sales pipeline & follow-ups, you will coordinate multiple customer platform to arrange customer enquiries into opportunity management or order taking process and responsible for virtual account management.
  • You will be handing internal documentation task and sales tools representative of Frond end sales team, business Unit, product group for all tool related deployment and training (ex-Salesforce, STROTOS, ATLAS).
  • You will support the development of sales process optimization, improve market intelligence, and monitor the compliance of the sales teams in the region with required standards for maintaining data in the sales tools.
  • You will do progress review extracts and analyze data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides update to management.
  • You will propose and implement communication plans validated by Marketing Communications Manager.
  • You will maintain and manage intranet and external website with global team, content collecting and editing.
  • You will support administration assignment when required.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree and above.
  • 5 years and above related working experience.
  • Passionate about joining a new team as we embark on our inside sales journey.
  • Experience or understanding of inside sales or sales would be advantageous.
  • As this position involves considerable liaison with customers at all levels excellent interpersonal skills, in particular communication skills, are essential.
  • Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team but also have the ability to work alone under pressure to meet sales target.
  • Proactive and enjoying learning energy transition, sustainable energy trend.
  • Salesforce, AEM, Photoshop, illustrator or related tools are preferred skills.
  • Well verbal and email communication in English.
