Brand Communications Manager

We're hiring Digital Social Media Managers for a global leading FMCG company. Your role involves creating and refining content strategies to boost performance and engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend social media plans aligned with communication briefs from teams.
  • Supervise SEM/SEO optimization in partnership with agencies ((Media/Social/Digital/DCM/SM).
  • Lead performance tracking and reporting across agencies and platforms to drive optimization.
  • Establish social insight and idea generation platforms in collaboration with research agencies.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies, calendars, and platform choices for categories and brands.
  • Manage brand social influencer strategies, including Celebrities, KOL/KOC, while staying updated on industry landscape.
  • Ensure adherence to brand equity guidelines and implement issue management strategies with assistance from pertinent departments.
  • Spearhead the development of category and brand-level data strategies throughout the consumer path to purchase.
  • Collaborate with CR/PR teams to resolve escalated consumer complaints on social media.
 
Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in Integrated Marketing/Digital/Media/Content Marketing roles.
  • With corporate and agency sides are highly preferred.
  • Good sense in latest digital/social media marketing techniques and channels.
  • Proven record in achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Experienced in budget and time management.
  • Clear communication skills to convey strategies and ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Native in Mandarin and proficient in English.
