We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Marketing Executive to join our team.As a Corporate Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing content marketing strategies, and overseeing global branding initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company through your expertise in marketing and your ability to create impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

Content Marketing
● Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate leads.
● Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content
● across various channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and website.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to generate engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
● Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
● Track and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and lead generation, to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Global Branding
● Develop and implement global branding strategies to establish a strong and consistent brand identity across markets.
● Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing
materials and communications.
● Oversee the creation and production of marketing collaterals, advertising campaigns, and other brand-related assets.
● Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize brand messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
● 8-10 years of experience in marketing within the networking and IT industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
● Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages. Native proficiency in either English is highly preferred.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and customer segmentation.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
● Proficient in analysing data and metrics to drive marketing insights and decision-making.
● Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, content management systems, and analytics tools.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
