You are Microsoft Office Suites user, advanced in Excel and PPT.

You have strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to multi-tasks.

You have high level of integrity, confidentiality and stress management.

You are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

What are we expecting from you?

To support the growth of the House in the market, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to provide her/his expertise and passion in supporting the Maison's High Jewelry and Timepieces categories, supporting the Marketing & Merchandising manager and collaborate with all local functions as well as regional marketing team, to contribute to the success of the business. As a key-member of Taiwan Marketing Team, the Senior Marketing Executive High Jewelry & Timepieces, is responsible for driving performance of high-end creations, through action plans and monitoring on both categories to achieve annual sales target, by working closely with Retail teams.

In this function:

  • You will coordinate the 360-orchestration for launches and major activations with Communication and Retail teams, conduct pre-launch analysis, stock allocation and ensure the operational deployment.
  • You will animate existing collections as per the yearly plan strategy, optimize stock visibility and selling opportunities in BTQ/Event and help sales team with supporting on-site client presentations: assortment, VM, manipulation, training, sales tools
  • You will participate to yearly forecasts exercise, and analyze sales (weekly, monthly, events & activations,...), performance vs forecast / vs budget, growth, LFL,... enriched with qualitative information
  • You will support daily business by ensuring optimal stock availabilities with Merchandising/VM teams through regular allocation, rebalancing, ensuring optimal stock coverage and boutiques display and provide on-site support whenever needed, overlook logistics for High End pieces (import and export) in a timely manner and transfer amongst boutiques
  • You will convey product knowledge through regular in-store training/activities, animate the High Jewelry & Timepieces community in collaboration with the Training Manager throughout the year to develop boutiques' expertise
