Job Summary
- Manage monthly Flash/Actual financial to keep performance tracking.
- Assist each Segment to manage monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processing and to enhance financial model in achieving business goals.
- Familiarize with accounting procedure and reporting requirements.
- Ensure details checking are performed on all reports produced.
- Modify the existing reporting system to cope with any changes requested by Group and regional office.
- Assist in preparing flash reporting, monthly outlook and annual budget; and ensure the accuracy of system outcomes.
- Prepare variance analysis on financial results.
- Prepare segment ad-hoc reports
- Prepare monthly closing entries for segment and assist business to prepare entries and supporting document for posting
- Cost control and monitoring
Key Responsibilities
