Job Summary

  • Manage monthly Flash/Actual financial to keep performance tracking.
  • Assist each Segment to manage monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processing and to enhance financial model in achieving business goals.
  • Familiarize with accounting procedure and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure details checking are performed on all reports produced.
  • Modify the existing reporting system to cope with any changes requested by Group and regional office.
  • Assist in preparing flash reporting, monthly outlook and annual budget; and ensure the accuracy of system outcomes.
  • Prepare variance analysis on financial results.
  • Prepare segment ad-hoc reports
  • Prepare monthly closing entries for segment and assist business to prepare entries and supporting document for posting
  • Cost control and monitoring
