【工作內容】

・規劃並執行公司上市/上櫃財務準備工作,包含招股書、申請書等文件撰寫與申報。

・編製並審核財務報表,確保符合證券交易所及金管會規範。

・主導稅務規劃與風險控管,維持公司稅務合規並有效控管稅負。

・負責主管機關要求之財報自編與查核配合,執行內部稽核與內部控制。

・管理財務會計團隊,提升報表準確性與作業效率。

・配合董事會、審計委員會及外部稽核單位之財務報告需求。

・其他主管交辦事項。

【職務需求】

・五年以上財務管理或會計工作經驗(具上市/上櫃公司經驗尤佳)

・熟悉IFRS、公司法、證券交易法等財會相關法規

・有帶領財務團隊經驗,具跨部門溝通與管理能力

・熟稔財務報表分析、預算控管與風險評估

・良好的組織規劃與時間管理能力

【加分條件】

・曾參與IPO/上櫃實務經驗

【學歷】財務、會計、商業或相關領域的學位,碩士學位或以上更佳。
