- 提供專業及熱忱的服務,處理文字與email進線對話,解決客戶問題並提供多元化服務
- 處理客戶銀行及信用卡一般查詢,資料維護,慰留停卡客戶, 推廣信用卡辦卡/刷卡促銷新活動
- 處理客戶抱怨和汲取客戶回饋以利改進
- 藉由與客戶電話互動中主動推薦及銷售銀行相關產品
- 轉介銀行產品包含房貸/保險/開戶等產品給其他銷售管道,以期增加更多銷售機會
- 有機會接受內部訓練學習多重的專業知識,包含一般Banking、信用卡電話客服服務,並可跨組支援
- 需配合平日輪班(不含周末)及因應文字詢問進線量機動調班
- 處理主管交辦事項
Qualifications
具備條件:
- 專科或大學以上畢業
- 具備銀行及信用卡客服或其他客戶服務文字客服專員經驗
- 有銷售經驗或者有意願做銷售亦可
- 具備基本英語聽/說/讀/寫溝通能力,流利英語讀寫更佳
- 具備服務熱忱及良好的溝通技巧
- 工作效率高及工作配合度高, 且具備中英文打字能力
