工作內容:

  • 提供顧客優質服務, 支援並與理財業務團隊合作以達成銷售目標
  • 發掘潛在業務機會與客戶服務需求
  • 轉介潛在客戶予業務人員
  • 處理帳戶服務, 貸款作業, 及現金/非現金交易
  • 處理客戶服務相關問題
  • 減少臨櫃交易並增加自動化系統交易處理比例

Qualifications

  • 大專以上畢
  • 具金融業櫃台服務經驗者
  • 需具備英文基本溝通能力
  • 積極主動、有業務潛質
  • 副理Officer 須具備外匯業務經辦及覆核人員證照、內控證照
  • 具備信託業務人員、金融市場常識與職業道德證照、銀行內部控制與內部稽核、外匯人員
