  • 接聽電話客服,提供消費者對產品、服務、訂單的諮詢與對應
  • 服務案件的建立、追蹤與查詢
  • 協助製作相關報表
  • 主管及行政事務交辦事項
  • 可配合排班

班別

夜班: 14:00-23:00

大夜班: 23:00-7:00(每月3-5次)
