Head of Information Technology

About the Role

Arizon RFID Technology is a global leader in RFID solutions, with operations across
Greater China, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Japan
. We are seeking a
Head of IT
to lead and unify our
group-level technology infrastructure
and governance.

This role oversees IT operations across all Arizon entities, ensuring
system reliability, cybersecurity, data governance, and network performance
that meet both global standards and local compliance requirements. In addition to managing infrastructure, the role will drive the
implementation of digital tools and systems
that enhance collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency across regions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee Arizon's
  global IT infrastructure
  , including networks, servers, storage, connectivity, and system uptime across all regional sites.
• Ensure robust
  network security, firewall management, and access control
  to safeguard company data and intellectual property.
• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycles across sites, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal in line with group policies.
• Lead efforts to unify
  email, file-sharing, and collaboration platforms
  (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar) across regions for efficiency, data integrity, and security.

System Implementation & Digital Integration

• Lead or oversee
  implementation projects
  for ERP, POS, intranet, and other enterprise or collaboration systems to support cross-functional and cross-regional operations.
• Evaluate and recommend
  fit-for-purpose digital tools
  to enhance communication, workflow, and data transparency across business units.
• Partner with corporate functions and regional teams to ensure
  system integration
  with Finance, HR, Operations, and Manufacturing processes.
• Drive
  digital transformation initiatives
  that improve scalability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Cybersecurity & Data Governance

• Establish and maintain
  cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and incident response plans
  .
• Implement
  data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols
  to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with global and local
  data protection regulations
  (e.g., GDPR, CSL, PDPA, CCPA).
• Conduct regular
  security reviews and vulnerability assessments
  to safeguard systems and information assets.

Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead a
  cross-site IT team
  , providing technical guidance, clear priorities, and continuous skill development.
• Manage relationships with
  external IT vendors
  , ensuring service-level compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with
  regional and functional leaders
  to align IT priorities with business needs and operational growth.
• Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to support global and regional projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in
  Information Technology, Computer Science
  , or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience
  in IT infrastructure and operations, including at least
  5 years in a leadership role
  managing multi-site or international environments.
• Proven experience
  implementing and managing enterprise systems
  , including
  ERP, HRIS, POS, intranet, or collaboration platforms
  (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar).
• Strong technical understanding of
  network architecture, systems administration (Windows/Linux), cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud platforms
  (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining
  ERP, HRIS, or other enterprise-level systems
  across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success in
  policy standardization, data governance, and systems integration
  across entities.
• Skilled in
  project management, vendor management, and IT budgeting
  , with the ability to balance cost efficiency and system performance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to
  influence and collaborate effectively
  with senior leaders across regions.
• Professional certifications (e.g.,
  CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP
  ) are a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin
  and
  professional working proficiency in English
  required.
