Job Title: IPC Product Division Head / Product Division Manager (Industrial PC Business)

About the Role

ADLINK Technology is seeking a visionary and hands-on
IPC Product Division Head
to lead our Industrial PC (IPC) product business. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the division's product strategy, managing a high-performing product management team, and driving ADLINK's next-generation IPC solutions that power industrial automation and Edge AI applications worldwide.

, bringing deep industry insight, strong customer orientation, and proven experience in building competitive product portfolios in the IPC or industrial computing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute Strategy:
    Develop and implement the IPC product division's strategy, roadmap, and portfolio plan aligned with ADLINK's corporate goals and evolving market trends.
  • Drive Innovation and Differentiation:
    Lead product definition, design, and go-to-market planning to deliver innovative, high-reliability IPC platforms that meet the needs of industrial and Edge AI applications.
  • Hands-On Product Leadership:
    Remain actively engaged in product planning and execution—including defining specifications, reviewing designs, managing product lifecycles, and supporting key customer engagements.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    Conduct in-depth research on technology trends, customer demands, and competitor movements, with a strong focus on China and global IPC markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and on-schedule product delivery.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement:
    Lead strategic RFQ/RFP processes, support design-win activities, and strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners and key accounts.
  • Portfolio Lifecycle Management:
    Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from concept and NPI to volume production and end-of-life—balancing innovation with business profitability.
  • Marketing and Go-to-Market Enablement:
    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning, sales tools, and launch campaigns to accelerate market adoption.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build, mentor, and empower a professional PM team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science
    , or a related field;
    Master's degree or MBA
    preferred.
  • 8+ years
    of experience in the
    industrial PC or embedded computing industry
    , with at least
    3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
    .
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional product development and market introduction of IPC or industrial computing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the
    IPC ecosystem
    , including customer segments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, industrial automation, robotics, and IoT).
  • Strong
    strategic thinking, analytical, and execution
    skills, with the ability to turn vision into measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills; comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and partners across regions.
  • Fluency in
    English and Mandarin Chinese
    (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
