ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ為了因應公司未來解決方案/產品發展策略,如果只是從黑箱測試的角度來確保其品質,會有很多的不容易被發現的潛在缺陷,也是相對比較沒有效率的做法。在加上隨著軟體開發流程的時代演進,相信透過整個開發團隊在開發流程中不分你我的共同緊密合作、資訊分享和對話,共同創造出來的產品品質也會顯著提升。軟體品質保證團隊為了滿足這樣的需求,團隊的技術力也需要與時俱進,從產品所需的網通技術、實際瞭解客戶的測試環境以及自動化測試技術的發展都需要跟上開發團隊的腳步。基於以上的種種需求,需要有系統測試架構師的角色來帶領軟體品質保證團隊持續在各方面有所成長,確保組織的需要得以滿足。從一開始的瞭解實際客戶應用場景、跟軟體架構師討論軟體系統架構優缺以及可能的設計缺陷,規劃軟體品質保證單位所需具備的技術能力和發展和透過教育訓練培養人才,都是系統測試架構師的價值所在。ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ熟悉跨產品的專業知識和客戶的實際應用方案,可以跟各領域專家合作,共同討論出完善測試計畫和測試策略參與 PM 產品需求、RD 產品規格設計,SA 系統架構設計,RD組件架構設計,SQA 測試架構設計等活動,給予實質回饋負責設計跨產品的統一自動化測試系統和 DevOps 發展,確保自動化測試所帶來的實際價值,並根據產品需求與時俱進,以確保滿足測試需求規劃團隊的未來技術藍圖,確保測試技術可以確保產品品質並引進新測試技術,增進團隊的測試效率進行公司前進垂直市場的產品差異化分析,並提出有價值的觀點讓產品更貼近市場需求針對複雜型缺陷,可以根據客戶的應用場景找出缺陷發生的原因擔任跨產品、複雜型專案的 test lead,帶領領域專家共同討論出完善測試計畫和測試策略,共同確保解決方案/產品的整體品質,並為整體品負責擔任整體 SQA 共同代表參與公司層級的技術發展議題,表達 SQA 共同的想法,確保公司技術策略目標可以落實培養團隊成員在產品開發流程中有能力進行審查需求、設計和開發並給予實質回饋有系統地規劃建立技術學習地圖,讓同仁有效率的學習成長,包含自動化測試教育訓練ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs-Education: 碩士以上資訊工程學系、電機工程學系、通訊工程學系、電腦與通訊學系-Language:英文聽說讀寫中等, 能跟客戶直接討論產品規格 (TOEIC 730以上)-Experience3 年以上軟體架構師的工作經驗,設計過 2 個以上大型 (功能團隊>5、組件數>20) 軟體系統架構或測試架構尤佳5年以上從事自動化測試開發經驗,有網路通訊測試相關經驗尤佳5年以上從事 SQA 測試工作經驗,有網路通訊測試相關經驗尤佳ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴇᴛᴇɴᴄɪᴇs具備大型系統架構設計能力,整合跨產品的應用,設計出符合現有需求和未來擴充的能力具備規劃大型團隊技術發展藍圖的能力熟悉自動化測試框架並具備一定程度的自動化測試能力具備技術和品質審查相關的教育訓練能力,透過清晰的表達達到技術傳承,培養團隊更多測試專家具備工業網路通訊協定測試能力尤佳Software-Quality-Assurance
