四零四科技正在尋找經驗豐富的資深軟體品質保證工程師來加入我們的團隊,推動我們產品測試流程的改進和創新。在這個角色中,您將負責設計與實施自動化測試框架、測試計劃和測試策略,以確保我們軟體的穩定性與高品質。您將與開發團隊密切合作,深入理解產品的需求與技術架構,並推動軟體品質改進的最佳實踐。

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • 學習工業自動化通信協定(Modbus、CAN、EIP、PROFINET、IEC 相關專業知識和產業應用。
  • 設計、開發Protocol Gateway相關的測試案例撰寫、擬定測試計畫、執行測試,並產出測試報告,確保產品符合品質標準。
  • 找出產品缺陷、分析測試結果、回報問題並持續追蹤,協助團隊快速解決問題。
  • 實施並維護自動化測試系統,以提升測試效率及覆蓋範圍。
  • 與跨功能團隊(如RD、PM)合作,深入理解需求並優化測試流程。
  • 建立新產品新技術測試能量,並分享、技轉給其他同仁。
  • 改善測試效率及流程,建立/開發/修改自動化測試程式及優化既有之品質確保流程。

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

  • Education: 學士以上理工科系畢業,資工、電機、電子、機電整合工程相關系所畢業尤佳
  • Experience: 5年以上,軟體開發或軟體測試經驗及有自動化測試相關工作經驗者尤佳
  • Language: 英文聽、說、讀寫中等(TOEIC 650以上尤佳)

人格特質:具團隊合作、當責、自學力強、做事積極主動、細心、樂於幫助他人、穩定性高

技能:

  • 熟悉網路TCP/IP 通訊協定
  • 熟悉程式設計(如Python、C/C++等),能編寫與維護Test Script,熟pytest者尤佳
  • 熟悉Linux 系統及shell command者尤佳
  • 熟悉測試流程及測試專案管理能力
  • 具備優良簡報能力,將所學習的專業技能分享給同仁
  • 具備優良的跨團隊協調溝通能力,能主動跟團隊討論品質議題並取得共識
  • 具備自我鑽研技術的能力,自主學習產品測試的相關技術
  • 對於產品測試有熱忱,期望提供給客戶更好的品質及使用體驗
