  • 此職位的主要目的是管理和執行工業電腦系統的測試工作,包括手動和自動化測試的規劃設計、執行和評估,以確保所有產品在推出市場之前滿足品質、可靠性和性能的需求。
  • 該職務與跨職能(研發/產品)團隊密切合作以在產品生命週期的早期識別和解決系統問題。透過提供技術專業知識和專案領導,確保開發和優化自動化測試框架,以實現更快的回饋週期並最大限度地減少人為錯誤。

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • 熟稔工業電腦產品相關專業知識和產品規格
  • 負責x86及ARM系統相關的測試活動、擬定測試計畫,執行功能及系統測試,並產出測試報告
  • 確保產品品質,找出產品缺陷、分析測試上所發現的問題、回報問題並持續追蹤,協助團隊快速解決問題。
  • 協助複製客訴問題和提供前線技術支援
  • 建立新產品新技術測試能量,並技轉給其他同仁。
  • 改善測試效率及流程,建立/開發/修改自動化測試程式及優化既有之品質確保流程

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

  • Education: 大學以上,資工、電機、電子、機械、機電整合工程相關系所畢業尤佳
  • Experience: 2年以上,IPC/PC/Server/BMC驗證測試經驗及有自動測試相關工作經驗者尤佳
  • Language: 英文聽、說、讀寫中等(TOEIC 650以上尤佳)

技能:

  • 熟悉網路TCP/IP 通訊協定
  • 熟悉Python或C程式語言能力,熟pytest者尤佳
  • 熟悉Windows / Linux 系統及指令操作,具Linux應用層開發經驗尤佳
  • 熟悉測試流程及測試專案管理能力
  • 具備優良簡報能力,將所學習的技術分享給同仁
  • 具備優良的跨團隊協調溝通能力,能主動跟團隊討論品質議題並取得共識
  • 具備自我鑽研技術的能力,自主學習產品的相關技術
  • 對於產品測試有熱忱,期望提供給客戶更好的品質及使用體驗
