• At least 3 years of relevant channe management sales experience in energy management system or power product.
• Bachelor in STEM (Science,Technology,Engineering and Mathematics) or equivalent is a plus.
• Tech savvy of digital transformation and Ecommerce.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization.
• Flexible attitude towards local travel.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English & Mandarin.

We are looking for Channel Sales Manager to make an impact
What you will do:
• Deliver commitment and ensure 100% target achievement.
• Distributer channel development and enablement, ensure their capability can deliver solution to the end customer with high satisfaction.
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems offering, and aligning to provide a solution.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
• Communicating details in accordance with Schneider offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions) for new or potential Partners.
• Strengthen and/or develop business relation with customers and enhance their satisfaction in trading with Schneider.
• Develop and execute channel program, strategy and business plan and control the spending.
• Focus on Order/Sales results and dedicate on continuously improving way of working.
• Relentlessly improve demand forecast accuracy.
