Siemens Mobility has been involved with many key rail transportation projects throughout Taiwan since 1990. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Assistant Intern. In this role, you will support our TRA Project by assisting the engineering team with documentation and other project-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and issuing of documentation, primarily site survey reports.
  • Provide documentation support to the technical team.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Cooperate with flexible deployment tasks for the project.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-related software for document processing.
  • Demonstrated stress resistance, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong logical reasoning, meticulous, and a proactive personality
  • Capable of independent work with a basic proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in internal administrative or technical support roles is a plus
