We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic IT team to be based in Taipei, Taiwan. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and project-based work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, a strong communicator, and passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
  • Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud fundamentals are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService).
