An international asset management firm is looking for a full-time legal specialist with 3-5 years expriences to join their platform. This is a full time, renewable contract position.

Key duties:

  1. Review of Legal Documents: Assist the review of regular legal agreements, including fund agreements, vendor agreements and other legal documents

  2. Corporate Governance Affairs: Support company wide corporate governance functions including board of director meetings, key stakeholder notifications etc.

  3. Regulartory assistantcee: participate in ongoing regulatory projects together with compliance, operations, risk and audit functions, to ensure internal process are in comply with latest regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experiences in legal functions within asset management, banks or other related firms;
  2. Exposure to onshore and offshore fund projects regulations is highlly preferred;
  3. Attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high work quality;
  4. High fluency in English is a must.
