Legal & Compliance (L&C) Taiwan team is in charge of all L&C related topics and issues. In addition to contract review, the Legal team also handles inquiries or investigations from the regulator or government authorities.  As for compliance function, apart from designing the internal controlling mechanism, this team is also responsible for closely monitoring the business and ensure compliance, such as personal dealing, G&E, AML, etc., as well as seeking clarification on regulatory matters from the regulator.

Our L&C team is now looking for a working student (12-month part-time contract) to join the team. You will be based in Taiwan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to assist in the administrative matters of the Taiwan L&C function, especially the digitalization of legal document and maintain the legal document list.

What you do:

  • Assist in filing documents

  • Support data entry: input data accurately into the system and spreadsheets

  • Ensure documents are categorized, indexed, and stored in a systematic manner

  • Help sort and distribute incoming mails and preparing outgoing mails.

  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.

What you bring:

  • University students (3rd year of study or above) or master's students in Law (preferred), Information Management, Finance, Business Management or Accounting.

  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data Management & Data Protection.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese (native).

**Priority will be given to students who will be available to work for 2 days/week from now to Jun 2026.
