秘書長 (董事長室高階職級)

ProFederal is a new type of corporate counseling platform headquartered in Taipei. Since 2007, we have been providing consulting services with offices in Tokyo and Singapore.

Role Description

高階專業秘書職務。Duties include C-level secretarial and project based work.

Key Competencies & Skills

• 團隊管理: 董事長室秘書團隊的主管,包含與全球團隊合作確保董事長在全球各地日常運作順暢、秘書團隊的分工協調、績效管理,培訓規劃等。

• 行政管理: 建置秘書手冊及各項資料報表,負責文件追蹤與資料管理,包括資料彙整、完整歸檔、保密文件處理及相關文件的審核,並確保重要資料的準確性、時效性和簡潔性,第一時間支援董事長的決策需求。

• 行程管理: 整合並規劃董事長室的全球行程與會議安排,負責機動性管理,確保董事長日常會議行程緊湊且有效率。

• 人脈管理: 負責董事長室高階主管形象管理及人脈管理。

• 危機管理: 在突發事件或緊急情況下,提供迅速且有效的應對策略,協助董事長降低風險和形象影響。

• 專案支援: 協助董事長處理特定專案的推進與監控,確保專案進度符合董事長的要求和目標。

主要條件 (must):

★行政文書作業能力強

★喜歡大量文書行政工作

★具備資料分析歸納整理能力

★熟悉Microsoft Office ( Word 、PPT 、 Excel)軟體,製作簡報、表單及會議紀錄…等

This role is based onsite in Dazhi 大直 BR15 Jiannan Road station 7 mins by foot (flexible hour).
