About The Role
The impact you'll make:
- Support operational decisions by means of sound business analysis and an "outside in" focus.
- Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan.
- Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business and Function.
- Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
- Coordinate and assist in preparing the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and Budget reviews, reports and analysis.
- Prepares and advises on investment business case reviews (e.g. marketing programs).
- Manage relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial controls.
- Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a high level of control and review.
- Use established guidelines, procedures and policies.
- As a highly skilled specialist, contribute to the development of concepts and techniques.
- Complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
- Consistently work on assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.
- Make recommendations for new procedures.
The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring
- University degree in business related disciplines e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics
- At least 3 years solid experience with emphasis on FP&A or management accounting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good commercial sense, detailed-oriented and highly advanced abilities with data analysis using Excel
- Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills, adaptable to change
- Team player, able to work with all levels of people, work independently, self-motivated, responsible, ability to multitask and prioritize
