Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions offers a plant-wide holistic suite of enterprise asset management, process optimization, energy & sustainability solution. You will be accountable for strategy development/sales/activation to support Cordant Solutions growth strategy/shaping new business/maintaining customer relationships/ensuring customer needs are met.

As a Taiwan Sales Manager - Cordant Solutions, you will be responsible for:

·       Being responsible for selling Cordant solutions for Taiwan. Handling diverse clients in the region.

·       Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.

·       Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

·       Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and deliver winning global strategies to grow our business.

·       Assisting regional leaders with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers.

·       Delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a related Bachelor or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and professional experience.

·       Demonstrate considerable experience in structuring and closing large sales projects in the Oil & Gas industry and other industries.

·       Show expertise in a Commercial or Sales role, with an emphasis on customer interface and relationship building.

·       Be able to travel domestically to customer sites or offices.

·       Have knowledge of conditional monitoring/Machine protection system is an advantage.

·       Have good communication skills in English and Chinese.
